»Floating Blue«
This work is expressing a mystic landscape of Mt Lushan by setting up nine clouds in the forest. Last year I had taken a photo of this forest at the place where I set my work without any idea of this art piece but I was just attracted to the atmosphere. The clouds are not painted but made by a color controlling process adding white little by little and leaned a bit before it has dried in order to express moving. Visitors of the forest might think that they are (upper place then) above the clouds as I set the clouds lower then the trail. These cloud images are not meant exactly the same as real clouds but they will works with people’s imagination. For me the most interesting aspect in this art piece is that this clouds involve the surrounding trees, plants and rock as elements in my work. |
