The Chief Secretary of the World Famous Mountain Association, Mr. Zheng Xiang, has invited the International Forest Art Association (Germany) to host the 3. International Forest Art Conference as part of the 2. World Famous Mountain Conference. The topic of this conference is »Poetic Forest - An Art Laboratory«. The conference will be organized in cooperation with the Global Geopark Bergstrasse - Odenwald, Germany in the frame of the cooperation between the Global Geoparks Mt. Lushan and Bergstrasse-Odenwald.
History of the International Forest Art Conferences
The 1. International Forest Art Conference »Native/Invasive« at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (USA,2007) and the 2. The audience of the World Famous Mountain Conference will experience the concept of Forest Art directly by visiting the Forest Art Path and will be able to deepen their knowledge about Forest Art in accompanying lectures during the Conference.
